Welcome! I provide safe, nonjudgmental therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with people who are mindful and self reflective but are looking for someone to help them explore new perspectives. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). While I have experience working with a wide range of client’s needs, my specialties include: trauma, perfectionism, life stress, anxiety, and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
