Hi, my name is Chase and I am so happy you are considering starting your therapy journey. I look forward to the opportunity to get know you and find out what goals you want to achieve. I have been a therapist for 7+ year and enjoy working with people from all walks of life and facing many different struggles.
I have found great success in helping patients overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and many other challenges. I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches to achieve results including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help change negative thought patterns that lead to depression and anxious thoughts and Motivational Interviewing to help overcome complacency and ambivalence in making progress. I also use Trauma-focused CBT and trauma narratives to help patients find control over their past traumas and reduce how this affects them in the present.
A little about me: I am married to a wonderful wife and have 2 dogs and 3 cats. Music is a passion of mine and enjoy playing guitar. I also enjoy fishing and gardening in the spring and summer. I myself cope with depression and anxiety which is a major reason why I wanted to help others dealing with the same.
