Self-Pay Option
We offer self-pay options for clients who prefer not to use insurance. This can be a great choice if you're looking for more privacy, don’t want a formal diagnosis, or simply want to get started without the delays of insurance processing.
Our current self-pay rates are:

Graduate Interns: $30-60 per session (based on household income & # of dependents).

Licensed Associates (under supervision): $100 per session

Fully Licensed Clinicians: $125 per session

Process of Starting Therapy Services

After you reach out with interest in services, we’ll follow up to discuss payment options and scheduling preferences.

If you're added to our waitlist, we’ll contact you as soon as a provider becomes available to explore scheduling.

Once you're matched with a clinician, our Program Manager, Jenn, will set you up in our client portal (SimplePractice) and send your intake paperwork. All paperwork must be completed before your first session.

If you’re meeting with your provider virtually, you’ll receive a secure video link via email or text through our portal.

For in-person sessions, please wait in the front lobby. You do not need to check in at the front desk—your provider will come get you at your scheduled time.
