Therapy with Craig
Seeking support for yourself can be a challenging and exciting move. I view therapy as a way to focus, heal, and grow in areas that meaningfully impact you and your relationships. Therapy can provide perspective and get you unstuck from patterns no longer serving you and your path.
I work with youth and adults on navigating individual, relational, and environmental experiences including anxiety and panic, mood and depression, sex and sexuality, behavioral patterns and addiction, self and identity, boundaries and expectations, and couple/poly and family relationships. I especially enjoy collaborating with LGBTQIA+ identified/exploring/expanding/allied clients.
Utilizing my training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a flexible and evidence-based practice, we can personalize your therapy and tag in complementary approaches best attuned to you and your strengths.
