Welcome! I provide affirming, nonjudgmental therapy to people of all ages. I enjoy working with individuals who are mindful and self reflective, and are looking for someone to help them connect with their feelings and explore new perspectives. My clients are ready to do the work to find their version of personal fulfillment and freedom. We will work to enhance self-awareness, process past experiences interfering with the present, gain tools needed to navigate challenges, and find a deeper sense of meaning in life.
I specialize in working with individuals who have concerns related to trauma, anxiety, racial/cultural identity, life transitions/stress, and neurodiversity. I utilize neurodivergent affirming practice and a social/racial justice lens. We will integrate evidence-based therapies that best fit your needs such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), IFS (internal family systems), and TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy). ​
