Areas of Support
Our clinicians provide therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and more. We’ll work with you to match your needs with the right therapist and approach, whether you’re meeting with us in one of our offices or through virtual sessions anywhere in Indiana.
Anxiety & Stress
We help clients navigate anxiety, chronic worry, stress, and the physical and emotional load that comes with feeling overwhelmed. Our clinicians draw from approaches such as ACT, mindfulness-based strategies, DBT skills, somatic grounding, and insight-oriented work to help you understand patterns, build regulation skills, and reduce anxiety’s impact on daily life.
Trauma Recovery & Healing
Our clinicians offer trauma-responsive therapy for clients healing from acute trauma, complex trauma, religious trauma, childhood adversity, and PTSD symptoms. Treatment options may include EMDR, grounding practices, somatic awareness, parts work/IFS, TF-CBT, and relational stabilization—all paced with attention to safety, consent, and readiness.
Depression & Emotional Fatigue
We support clients experiencing depression, low motivation, emotional exhaustion, and burnout. Treatment may incorporate ACT, relational therapy, behavioral activation, values-based work, and psychodynamic insight to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild momentum, and move through stuck emotional patterns with more clarity and stability.
ADHD & Executive Function Support
We help clients manage ADHD-related challenges, including attention difficulties, time blindness, task initiation, and motivation struggles. Our approach blends skill-building, neurodivergent-affirming strategies, routine development, emotional regulation support, values-based planning, and insight into the impact of shame, masking, and past invalidation.
Identity, Self-Understanding & Life Transitions
We support clients exploring identity, neurodivergence, values, roles, and major life transitions. Therapy may involve parts work/IFS, ACT, narrative and expressive approaches, insight-oriented exploration, and values-based clarity to help you understand yourself more fully and navigate change with confidence and authenticity.
Relationship & Communication Support
We work with individuals and couples who are navigating conflict, communication difficulties, emotional distance, or relational patterns that feel hard to shift. Our clinicians integrate EFT, Gottman strategies, family-systems perspectives, boundary work, and attachment-focused therapy to improve communication, deepen connection, and support healthier interaction patterns.
