On the family unit

Lets talk about Isabela Madrigal. Within the family system, she is cast as the hero. She can do no wrong. But she wrestles with maintaining an image that is impossible to maintain—essentially be something for others when it doesn’t resonate with how she views herself.

What can we learn from how Isabela found her way out of that role? "...It's not symmetrical or perfect, but it's beautiful and it's mine... What could I do if I just grew what I was feelin' in the moment? What could I do if I just knew it didn't need to be perfect? It just needed to be?"

Practice just existing. Your value comes from your presence, not what you can do. Just be. Its okay.
