I am a graduate student at Ball State University getting clinical experience as I pursue my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I aim to serve those within my community and offer support to people from all walks of life. I use several different approaches to therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to best address the individual needs, journeys, and experiences of my clients.

I view therapy as walking with you on the path to realizing the most fulfilled and happy version of your life. You deserve to be joyful, at peace, and living your most authentic path–and together we can work to get you there. Healing and growing are difficult journeys, but they are not impossible, and they are not something you have to take on alone. You are worth the effort, you are worth the journey, and I’d be honored to walk along with you!
