Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Our practice specializes in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming care for children, adolescents, and adults. If you are a fully licensed therapist who values clinical autonomy, clinician wellness, and a collaborative community, we would love to meet you.
Status: Full Time, W2
Compensation: $50.00 – $65.00
per completed clinical hour
Locations: Noblesville, Indianapolis, Anderson, & 100% Remote (Anywhere in the US)
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a skilled, ethical clinician who shares our passion for affirming care.

Licensure: You hold an active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) from the IPLA Behavioral Health Board.

For our office locations (Noblesville, Indy, Anderson): We welcome fully licensed or associate-level credentials (LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LCAC, LCACA, or LAC).

For our 100% remote positions: You must hold a fully independent license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC).

Clinical Alignment: You have a strong background or a dedicated clinical passion for trauma treatment and working competently with the queer/LGBTQ+ population.

Professionalism & Ethics: You possess strong clinical judgment, an excellent understanding of private practice ethics, and a desire to provide high-quality care within a collaborative team environment.

Expectations & Responsibilities
As a full-time therapist on our team, you will manage a caseload with a sustainable productivity expectation of 18–21 completed service hours per week.
Your core focus will be:

Providing evidence-based individual psychotherapy to a diverse caseload.

Developing collaborative treatment plans tailored to client goals.

Completing straightforward clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session.

Maintaining active communication and therapeutic rapport with clients and families.
