Practice Manager / Operations Lead

Expectations

  • Overseeing billing and follow-up for insurance and self-pay clients

  • Making sure client and clinician questions are handled in a timely way

  • Supervising a Practice Assistant

  • Keeping admin systems and workflows organized

  • Noticing issues early and addressing them before they become bigger problems

  • Bringing questions or concerns to the owner with context and possible solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare administration, practice management, or operations

  • Comfortable with insurance billing and follow-up

  • Organized, steady, and able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Comfortable supervising and giving direction

  • Able to enforce policies that are already in place

  • Independent and not someone who needs ongoing hand-holding once oriented

*Mental health or medical practice experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Pay

  • W2 position

  • Part-time, approximately 20–22 hours per week

  • $30–$35/hour, depending on experience

  • Some business-hour availability required (full 9–5 availability not necessary)

  • This role is part-time to start, with the potential for increased hours over time.
