I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing and growth happen when people are met with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has strengths and resilience, even when life feels overwhelming.​

I use an integrative, person-centered approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and trauma-informed care. I enjoy working with individuals navigating trauma, neurodiversity, OCD, anxiety, and depression, and I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and experiences.

In our work together, I will focus on building a collaborative and supportive relationship where you feel empowered to explore challenges and develop effective coping skills. Whether you are processing past experiences or navigating current stressors, I am committed to helping you move forward with confidence, self-compassion, and hope.

Kat is supervised and trained by Katelin Wagoner.
