Therapy with Lee
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, self-esteem challenges, behavioral concerns, and school-related difficulties.

I believe meaningful change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship. Whether you’re looking to heal from the past, manage current stressors, or simply better understand yourself, I’m honored to walk alongside you as you build resilience, discover new perspectives, and create the life you want for yourself. I value humor when appropriate, believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and enjoy celebrating clients’ wins alongside them.
Lee is supervised and trained by Katelin Wagoner.
Background Info
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Ball State University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I have over 12 years of experience working with individuals across different stages of life.
For the past 10 years, I worked as a school-based therapist supporting elementary-aged children and their families, and I continue to work with teens and adults in an outpatient setting. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges people face and the importance of tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs.
