I provide compassionate, collaborative therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is supportive and flexible, meeting each client where they are and helping them discover the tools and insights that foster growth and emotional well-being.

I specialize in working with behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, depression, anxiety, and communication skills/relationship building. With children and teens, I often use play and creative expression to help them process emotions and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. I also integrate motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches; I am always tailoring treatment to what feels most effective and authentic for each person.

I graduated with a Master’s Degree in 2009 from The Adler School of Professional Psychology, and took time to raise my family before beginning clinical practice. My experiences as both a clinician and a parent have shaped my belief that growth happens best in a safe, understanding, and empowering space.
