Utilizing a somatic and mindfulness-based approach, Cameron helps clients connect mind and body to cultivate deep healing and self-discovery. They are particularly dedicated to supporting individuals from marginalized communities, offering affirming care tailored to Black, queer, and male-identifying adults.

Lee supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating complex or single-incident trauma, PTSD, complicated grief, and substance use challenges. As an EMDR-trained therapist, Lee combines specialized trauma processing techniques with a deeply supportive environment to help clients build long-term resilience and relief. Whether working through recent hardship or long-standing painful experiences, Lee meets every individual with tailored, compassionate care.

Jenna works with adolescents, adults, and families facing complex life stressors, including childhood trauma, acute distress, legal stress, and parent-child conflict. Her approach focuses on restoring emotional safety, strengthening family communication, and helping individuals navigate high-stakes life transitions. With steady guidance and practical support, Jenna helps clients process past hurts and move forward with greater stability.

Mia specializes in helping individual adults break free from repeating relationship dynamics, attachment trauma, and deep-rooted people-pleasing patterns. She guides clients in understanding their underlying emotional loops so they can establish healthy boundaries and foster genuinely fulfilling connections. Mia brings warmth and insight to every session as clients transform the way they relate to themselves and others. She will be available to see couples as well within the next month or so.

Using evidence-based behavioral techniques, Caleb collaborates with clients to build actionable tools and regain momentum in their daily lives.
