I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 8 years of experience working with individuals of all ages in a variety of mental health settings. I believe there is not a “one size fits all” approach, and I utilize a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, somatic mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. I believe in assisting others in meeting their goals and empowering individuals in self-advocacy to reach their greatest successes.
I have prior experience in residential, inpatient, outpatient, and addiction recovery services. I specialize in assisting adults with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, mood and personality disorders, and phase of life/adjustment concerns.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University.
