Practicing gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything’s perfect — it’s about noticing what’s still good in the middle of it all.

Try using these prompts to start your gratitude journaling practice this week. You might be surprised at how much peace and perspective a few mindful moments can bring.

  1. What made you smile today, even for a moment?

  2. Who in your life are you thankful for and why?

  3. What is a lesson you learned recently you are grateful for?

  4. How can you show gratitude to yourself today?
